"We had such a great time staying here! The house was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was awesome having the beach cart, chairs, and umbrella already there, and the beach access was quick and easy.One of the best parts was being able to bring our dogs. Finding a place that’s truly pet-friendly and lets you enjoy the beach with them made the trip even better.Jeremy was an awesome host. He was great to communicate with, knew the area really well, and made us feel welcome from the start.St. Joe Beach was exactly what we were looking for—quiet, laid-back, and never overcrowded. The water was beautiful, and it was so nice to enjoy the beach without fighting huge crowds. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation and will definitely be back. Thanks again, Jeremy, for making our stay so enjoyable!"

"We really enjoyed our stay! Finding a truly pet-friendly property can be tough, so we were incredibly grateful to have our dog with us. The bedrooms and bathrooms were absolutely amazing—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Best of all, the kitchen is wonderful for cooking for a large family. We had nine people in the house, and it accommodated everybody perfectly.Because the house is right on the water, there are just a few typical beach-property quirks we noticed, though they didn't take away from our trip. There is a slight musty scent when you first enter, and the stairs are slightly bowed from coastal moisture, so just watch your step. During a heavy rainstorm, we noticed a minor leak drip through the master bedroom vent. It’s clear the owners are actively working on upkeep, as we could see active maintenance on the top patio and some chipping paint on a carport steel beam that looks ready for a touch-up.As a quick safety heads-up for other families traveling with kids: the bunkbed room is currently missing a doorknob. Our nine-year-old accidentally shut herself in and got a bit scared, but we easily pushed the door open from the outside. Adding a knob there would be a quick and helpful fix for future little ones!We had a wonderful vacation here and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great, pet-friendly beach getaway."

"The Lazy After Dunes was a beautiful home. Beautiful view with the beach right across the street. The furnishings were very nice but living room furniture was not too comfortable. We had 6 people so not quite enough furniture to accommodate us all but I was needing something quick. Pets are welcomed but after booking, noted our dog was not allowed on any furniture. I was a little taken aback by this but again I needed something quick. Our dog is older and blind so he has hard time to new surroundings but we made do. Over all, it was a nice vacation home."

"We had an amazing time! The kitchen was big and well equipped for our large group. The layout worked really well for us. We had 5 kids and the bunk room had plenty of room for everyone with room for the parents on the same level. The beach access with the deck leading over the berm was great. The kids also enjoyed the hot tub. Thanks for the great week!"

"Just as described. Will add that there are three sets of stairs with two bedrooms up on top floor! Not ideal for small children. Absolutely beautiful views and the short walk to the beach was worth it all! Lots of extra things available with no need to pack such as beach toys, chairs, tent and even the cart! Turtle nested right in front of the condo! We will be back. You should book today!"
