We loved this place and will definitely return. The room was very clean and well maintained. The location can’t be beat; you are on the beach. The atmosphere is extremely laid back and wonderful for relaxation.

Loved everything about this property that is perfectly situated on a beautiful beach. It is very quaint and beautifully decorated. The room was perfect! Tristen (property manager) was extremely accommodating, and we had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Peggy, who was delightful and clearly has a passion for what she’s created. If we make it back to Mexico beach, there will be no question where we’ll stay….The Driftwood Inn!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Driftwood Inn. The room was so clean and so big. The grounds were exceptional. Easy access to the beach. The sand was like silk and the water was so beautiful. We will absolutely be back! Loved this place!

All rooms face beach. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room big, quiet and clean. Good location. Only 22 rooms so not alot of traffic. Red roof is an excellent landmark to look for. Comfortable rocking chairs on front porch to watch traffic or several locations in back for seating. Nice boardwalk to beach. No pool except the ocean.

All of the rooms have a balcony looking out to the beach - which is just a very short walk away. Our room had 2 queen size beds and a loveseat. TV, microwave, toaster, k-cup coffee maker, plates, cups, utensils, and full size fridge. Very comfortable room and the beach was not crowded. Water is calm since it's an inlet. Wonderful stay.

A very nice place to stay! I would stay there again! The only negative was the comfort of the beds; they weren’t the best but definitely not the worst. The place was very clean and the decorations were so cute!

We liked staying here. Its directly on the beach. We have a few small issues when it comes to requesting toiletries, no room cleaning, and the walls and floors are paper thin. Trash service is simple, same with the towels. Set them outside your door and they magically disappear, and you get a fresh set of towels, but only 1 per day. We will stay here again, but be more prepared for the stay.

This was amazing property! It is right on the beach! The amenities were wonderful for both young and old. The view from our balcony was amazing...seeing the sunrise with a steaming cup of coffee and then watching the sunset in the evening was truly worth the trip! The staff was very friendly and helpful.
