Cocoon Malouin "Bonjour, Nous avons du interrompre notre séjour car il y avait plusieurs choses qui manquait : - Lit bébé pas fonctionnel - Siège bébé pas propre et poser de façon désordonné. - Pas de gel douche - Tapis de bain pas propre avec des cheveux partout. - Serviettes de bain sentaient l’humidité - De la poussière sur les fenêtres - Pas de fer à repasser - etc. L’hôte était injoignable par appel et m’a proposé d’apporter ce qui manquait le lundi soir alors que je devais sortir le lundi à 12h ??. Bref je respecte les avis positifs mais je ne recommande pas car ils ne prennent pas assez soin de ce qu’ils ont. Cordialement"

Cocoon Malouin "Malgré un bon emplacement , nous sommes très déçus par le comportement de l'hôte et sa malhonnêteté. Certes, nous n’avons pas bien compris les instructions (c’était notre première expérience sur Airbnb, nous n’avons pas fait la vaisselle du dernier jour). En revanche, l'hôte en a profité pour ajouter de nombreuses accusations infondées et essayer de jouer sur la caution pour payer des dommages que nous n'avons pas causés. Il nous a accusés de choses que nous n'avons pas faites. Par exemple, le bol de dosage en plastique était déjà fissuré à notre arrivée, tout comme les tasses à café. Il nous a également accusés à tort concernant le protège-matelas, qui était taché et avait un trou (que nous n'avons même pas remarqué car il y avait un drap au-dessus), ce qui reflète l'état général de l'appartement. De plus, sa femme de ménage nous a faussement accusés au sujet de la lumière et des fenêtres, alors que nous les avions bien éteintes et fermées. Je ne le recommande pas du tout."
