「Exterior of the property, amenities and common areas are nice but depending on the room you get it's a toss up. First room we had on the 10th floor smelled of sewage and mold. The second room on the 7th floor had 1 broken ac in the bedroom. The front desk staff tried their best but what can you do when upper management is no where to be found.
