「Clean room, nicely appointed. Great views of the pool area and ocean. Breakfast out in front of the bay was really an unexpected positive. Family loved that everyday. Great location close to lots of restaurants and activities. Only complaint is the karaoke bar across the street which didn’t bother me so much but the light sleepers were a little impacted. 」

「I had a great stay at Midtown Motel in Philipsburg for a month! The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed: a big fridge, strong air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi—perfect for my remote work. It’s just a minute’s walk from the beach and boardwalk, and parking is easy. 「Overall, the place is clean, new, and beautiful, with a lovely water view and a spacious environment to stay on the island. However, the property does not have a restaurant, bar, or direct beachfront access. Anyone staying there must rent a car, otherwise it is not convenient to reach local restaurants or the beaches. In addition, the bathroom shower could be improved — when showering, water tends to flow onto the floor, and sometimes the hot water is not hot enough.」

「Both rooms wr had were on the low side of ok. The tile showers had broken tile around the sides of the entry edges. Doors didnt close properly from warping. The build is in need of an over hall. The staff was kind. But island time is a real thing. Our check in was supposed to be a 4 pm. I believe we finally entered the unit at 5.30.」
