「The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout my stay, which made the experience very uncomfortable. The room itself had a strong unpleasant odor that did not go away, even after airing it out. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene of the property.」

「Beautiful beach, goood good the price was definitely right! Would come back. Had aome issues getting locked in my room- staff couldnt get door knob off so i used knife on bottle opener. Locked in since night before. I didnt ask, but if it weee one of my properties, i would have compensated somehow. Woukd come back! Friendly Staff - could habe a little more motivation for some of them. Overall worth the $!」

「Beautiful resort」

「Gorgeous property and a beautiful pool area. Loved our view of the ocean from our terrace. Staff and property were incredible! Only suggestion would be a bit more variety at breakfast.」

「The first day was terrible there was no towels so i couldn’t shower after a long day of travel. The bathroom was damaged and maintenance never came to fix it so after a few days it started to smell like mold. The cleaning team couldn’t remember to leave toilet tissue and they left my room door open after they changed the bedding. The air didn’t go off the last couple days so it was extremely cold and not comfortable. Overall, I didn’t have a good experience and I won’t be staying back there. 」

「Absolutely gorgeous view. Privacy was very limited due to the popularity of the beach club and the loungers right outside our window, however I was ok with it given the gorgeous view and the large windows. The neighbouring restaurant had loud club music late at night that I could hear, and was required to put AirPods in to drown out the noise. Perhaps ear plugs would be nice as an amenity. There wasn’t a coffee machine in the room (I didn’t realize only specific rooms offered a machine) so I...

「This was our first visiting to St. Martin. We stayed over in Simpson Bay the first week and at Oyster Bay the last 4 days of our trip. You will need a car, it's in a very remote area on the East Coast (Atlantic side). The Seaweed is an issue, the smell was aweful and not really able to enjoy the beach. The staff is friendly, but is in no hurry. We waited for over an 1 hour for breakfast each morning and a few times, we witnessed guest walk out of the restaurant because their dinners to over...

「We stayed for my birthday. The hotel is super nice, very clean and staff very friendly. Also is nice that is gated and safe. The restaurant has a super atmosphere. Very important that we had a access to the beach and they provided chairs and umbrella when we eat in the restaurant. But of course if you are on the beach you will eat and drink 😉. I will be back soon. I can highly recommend this hotel. Very happy with all services you provided 」
