「There was confusion the first 5 days of my two week stay with getting our room cleaned. They kept saying at the desk it was booked privately and didn’t clean our room. Finally Kimara at the Front Desk actually took the time to resolve the issue. The unit we were placed in used to be occupied by a long term tenant so they didn’t have it updated on the system. After that smooth sailing. Some rude tenants that live there like to think they own specific chairs by the pool. Have rebooked for...
