"We always enjoy staying there when we come to Gatlinburg, it has everything we need, and it's convenient downtown."

"It was a very nice, clean and quiet place to stay. It's a little bit of a walk to the main part of town but not too much . I especially liked the breakfast area in that it was quiet without the news blaring like everywhere else. We would like to stay there again sometime "

"It’s been a long time since I’ve stayed at such a wonderful place that I wanted to write a review. We usually stay at the large chains, which has really become miserable anymore. They don’t make up the room. The desk is rude, blah blah blah. Not only were we greeted with respect by a very nice lady. We had just come to inquire about a couple things and we were very very early and she just went ahead and checked us in the room was very clean. Not only was the place very nice. They actually made up the bed every day, which is not something that has happened since Covid. If we ever return to Gatlinburg will absolutely stay at the Gillette. I give it 100 stars if I could."
