“Great location and a nice traditional comfortable villa with lots of space for all of us and really well stocked. The outside of the villa looks a little in need of repair in places but very chic and in keeping with the area. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool due to water restrictions but it looked great - also had a few issues with power cuts but they were resolved really quickly by the caretaker and hosts. There was also lots of information left by the owners about the village and……

“Heel mooi en vooral ook zeer schoon huis op en bijzondere locatie tussen twee bergstromen. Genieten van het huis, de rust, het water en de natuur. Zeer sympathieke en behulpzame eigenaren van de woning en deze goed onderhouden omdat ze er zelf ook een gedeelte van het jaar wonen. Tijdens verhuur wonen ze zelf iets verderop in het dorp en bereikbaar voor hulp.”

“Decorated with historic items, fireplace, nice views. This place has potential but needs fixes to achieve a high level expected. Woke up in pain, feeling all metal springs in mattress. Padded with 2 blankets from airplane to survive till morning. Flipped upside down for next night, but it had a hill and a valley. Only 3 teaspoons & 1 dessert fork for 6 people, no water boiling pot, dish fluid empty. Please improve before next guests arrive!”

“Bonjour, …Nous redescendons de notre petit nuage après cette agréable semaine passée dans le lodge St Jean 😉 Nous avons eu une semaine très ensoleillée, avec un beau ciel bleu . nos jeun’s ont pu goûter tous les jours aux plaisirs de la glisse malgré le manque de neige général 😉, aux balades autour du lac de matemale, celles du lac de balcère, à la visite du parc animalier, à la balnéothérapie des angles, à la piscine jacuzzi du chalet « tous les jours « 😉.
