"We booked this hotel.com but when we reached hotel at 7pm the receptionist told there's no booking under my name. We have been waited at the front desk for more than 20mins & requested the hotel to call hotel.com to vertify. After few people ( I think including the manager ) checked few times & eventually found out. We got a very bad perception to both the hotel & hotel.com. We don't know which part have problems. And those people at the front desk cannot speak English well & we cannot...
