“PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING. My stay was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I arrived, the hotel looked NOTHING like the pictures. The beach itself is beautiful, but the property is old, dirty, and poorly maintained. The room smelled like sewage - I agree with other reviewers who have described it as "staying in Alcatraz." “Das Personal war durchweg großartig und sehr freundlich. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und definitiv ein Highlight der Unterkunft. Der Zimmerservice hat täglich gründlich gereinigt, was ich sehr positiv empfunden habe. Was mir im Zimmer gefehlt hat, waren grundlegende Möbel wie Schränke, eine Kommode oder ein Nachttisch. Das ist kein Luxus, aber für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt wichtig. Ich bin insgesamt nicht sehr anspruchsvoll, allerdings war das Frühstück enttäuschend: sehr geringe Auswahl……

“It's very uphill bungalow. Only young people can go there. Elderly people shoud not choose this hotel. There are no transportation at all in this island. Guest should arrange a carrier to bring theirs luggages from port to hotel before arrival with hotel. Simple breakfast. Just toast, instant coffee and fruit. Only one thing good is staff.”

“Room was ok. The staff were nice. They food at the restaurant was very basic and the portions were very small. Service was really slow many times waiting 20 plus minutes for the food to arrive. Restaurant area is very unattractive. This would not be such an issue if there were any other options for dinning out but you need to take a boat to town to have any other eating options and the last boat back to the resort is at 4:30 so you don't have any options but to be stuck eating at their……

“第一次体验不同的住宿体验，感觉还是非常的不适应。酒店没有早餐，需要吃什么要自己做。酒店的吃住行工作人员可以帮忙代办，费用会比自己去订的要高一些，酒店任何配套都没有，所有的配套服务都是外包的，就是上门spa也是外面路上找来的人。这次唯一一觉得不错的，就是有一个独立的泳池，酒店并不靠海，所以这个泳池还是必须的。总之，之后不会再定了，心太累，虽然酒店给了电话和微信，但是他们并不是24小时有人在的，需要帮忙的时候，往往找不到人。”

The morning staff was absolutely horrific, the location is a nightmare, the room did not even have toilet paper and my towels were not changed and the balcony was never cleaned. I am shocked how horrible this place was. ”
