Great stay!

This was a great location just minutes from big and little cottonwood canyons, made it super convenient to ski each day. Property manager was extremely flexible with us and friendly throughout the process. We will 100% be coming back to stay again.

We love our stay in Utah .. we love the house very much the kids were vere happy, they enjoy the day in the jacuzzi /hot tub out side .

Only issues to report that did not affect our stay Downstairs bathroom door locks when inside, we had to pick that lock a few times to get the person out of the bathroom Upstairs bathroom sink leaks.

The house was a perfect meeting place for my adult children and myself to get together! It was spacious and comfortable for everyone to relax and had lots of sleeping options. Property management also were very helpful arranging for us to stay an additional day. Great place and I would definitely recommend.

Nice house for skiing

Close to all the ski hills. House is used as just a rental and there is some wear, but it was extremely clean, well stocked kitchen and hot tub so I would recommend this rental especially for a larger group.

My son was getting married and we needed a place to fit a few of my other kids and their families. This was a great house to have as a centrally-located point. It was a great location and the house fit our needs.

Spacious Home

The space in the home was perfect for us to meet up with our college kids. The home was clean and had what we needed. The door code was not easy to understand but they were quick to respond when we could not get in. The hot tub was nice and hot.

Overall nice place

Overall very nice, lots of beds and extra sleeping space. Curtains on bedroom windows would be nice. Instructions for staying were confusing because of the 4 different places to get instructions most had conflicting information about check out procedures and trash collection.

Spacious and comfortable

We were very pleased with our stay. Clean, spacious and comfy. Loved that we had a garage. Quiet. Good linens and nicely appointed. Not real private as it backs to a park and all windows look at other houses. Probably would not bother most people. They had metal blinds to close for privacy. Took only 25 minutes to get to Alta.

Just an all-around great experience

We booked for an entire month and I was a little nervous about the length of commitment but that proved to be unnecessary. The house was perfect for what we needed. There was plenty of room for us and a rotating group of guests. The house is very clean and well stocked with linens, towels, appliances, utensils, etc. The location was honestly even better than I thought it would be. Midvale itself has plenty of restaurants and stores but if you want to go to SLC or Park City, they’re both easy drives to get to. We did all our skiing in Cottonwood Canyons and that’s another simple drive. Just an all-around great experience

Everything was clean. The Kitchen was fairly well stocked with dishes but needed better quality skillets and knives which were more like butter knives. The dishwasher wasn’t screwed in and would tip when opening and closing. We enjoyed the hot tub and overall our time here was great.

They are not kidding about the Location!

There must be at least 20 restaurants within a mile of this place and access to skiing by bus or car is super easy and ski rental right down the street. We used the park to make huge snowmen. The place is very comfortable and well maintained. Loved the 3 big couches since often there is not enough comfortable seating for our group to hang out but this place was great. Lots of space for enjoying time together with our group of 7. No real complaints but note that the water pressure is a little funky and you have to keep the heat lower at night than you think b/c it gets super hot upstairs.
