「Spacious and extremely clean room but there is no enclosed shower or bathtub that makes the toilet floor all wet every time after shower. Overall nice and friendly hotel staff with good and immediate service. Food from the hotel is good especially salad, seafood and the fruit smoothies!」

「I think I expected too much; it was definitely a great experience, but there is still a lot of work to do within the top floors of the hotel. The lifts weren't working to go directly to our floor, and I was with my 76-year-old mother, so we went the roundabout way and the shower wasn't accessible for her as it's still within the bathtub, which was too high for her to be able to climb in and out safely. Breakfast is definitely 10/10 with alot of options. Convenient location.」

「My fale was very traditional and basic , mattress could be replaced but was ok Location was spot on , spectacular setting a beautiful quiet beach and friendly host and decent breakfast each day. What I didn’t like was the 3xshower For the Fales all were without a shower rose. My girlfriend stayed in the a/c room and paid $90AUD per night and her bathroom was no better and between the bedsheets had tiny caterpillars which were alive , walls were disgusting , the lock on the door...
