Guest access
Guests have access to most of the house, except our housekeeping room.
Other things to note
We take great pride in our homes and therefore we provide regular maintenance.
The pool gets services regularly, depending on the season it can potentially be cleaned every day or every third day.
Trash pick up is done once a week, we can request a special pick up if needed.
House Rules:
While 99.9% of our guests are wonderful and courteous, we do have a few rules to ensure that everyone has the best experience possible.
By booking you are agreeing to the following house rules:
*Please be sure to read our listing details.
*Issues or Concerns
If you have any issues during your stay, please inform us immediately so we can resolve it and continue providing a five-star experience. No refunds will be given after the fact if we are not given the chance to make it right. Requests made in the evening will be addressed the following morning.
*No glass permitted outside, please know that we have artificial turf and it could be possible that our guests and children run barefoot in the backyard, therefore please be considerate and do not bring glass outside. There will be a fee of $295 for glass clean up.
*Quiet Hours
Weekdays: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Weekends: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
*Please respect our neighbors by keeping excessive noise to a minimum and not parking in front of their homes.
*Please do not hang anything from the outdoor string lights.
*Smoking
No smoking inside the property or near doors. Smoking indoors will incur a $250 fee for smoke remediation.
*Cameras and internet
Blocking, moving, or tampering with any of the cameras or internet on the property can result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund.
*Parties & Events
No parties or events allowed. No confetti, balloons, or glitter. Please refrain from taping things to the walls, furniture, art, etc. Violating this rule will result in a $295 fee and immediate cancellation.

*Pets
We understand that pets are a cherished part of the family, and we know how stressful and costly boarding can be. That’s why we allow guests to bring their furry friend for an additional fee of $50 per night, per pet.
Please note: our home is not considered pet-friendly. While we allow pets, it is important to understand the following guidelines and responsibilities:
~Pets must remain off the beds, furniture, and carpeted areas.
~Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets during their stay.
~Our yard is fenced; however, we do not guarantee that the fence is pet-proof. ~Guests are responsible for supervising their pets at all times and for their pet's actions.
~Regular pool and yard maintenance is performed, and staff may need to access the backyard without prior notice. For this reason, pets must be supervised to ensure their safety.

*Pool Rules
Swim at your own risk—no lifeguard on duty.
Animals are not allowed in the pool area.
No diving, running, or rough play near the pool.
No glass allowed outside or near the pool.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when in the backyard at all times.
No swimming under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.
A $295 fee applies for broken glass outside.
*No food or drinks inside bedrooms, reduce the risk of stained sheets and bedding.
*Housekeeping & Additional Fees
If the house is left in a condition that requires additional cleaning (dirty dishes, stained carpets or fabrics, walls needing cleaning, etc.), an extra cleaning fee of $225 will be assessed.
*Cancellation Policy
Guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance. Since travel insurance is offered, cancellations will adhere to the outlined cancellation policy. No refunds will be given due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
