Best Western San Bruno hotels

"We arrived at the hotel early, they told us that if we wanted to check into our room early, it was an extra $20. We were only an hour and a half early they made us stay in the lobby, which was dirty and uncomfortable. The room we booked was changed from a room with two beds to a king bed, which was not suitable for us as we requested two beds we were told the room was sold out so we had to stay in a room with the king bed. Expedia gave us a $50 credit. But the credit is nowhere to be found so they lied about the credit."

"The staff at the restaurant and the front desk are always very helpful and friendly. The views are and so is the food, gym/pool/hot tub/dry sauna. Definitely worth the money."
