“I love this hotel! Cute rooftop, cute café in the first floor, right near the beach and downtown. Staff is always friendly, from Caroline to Ibana, good people. One thing, i highly recommend the larger apartments with the kitchen, a little more expensive but well worth the space. But take it easy, i need to come back and make sure there's a room available! 🙂”

He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),……
