“Although the city location is not good, the Hotel is close enough and theroom is really, really nice ( we had a huge jacuzzi inside our bedroom. The staff is great! The breakfast is included and it is really good! One thing it is important if you are going feom the airport to the hotel you have to get a taxi, because there are no shuttles to the hotel.”

“We had a difficult time communicating with Hotel Baia through Expedia, as the phone number provided was not actually for the hotel. The hotel is also located in an area that isn’t easily accessible and requires pickup by the hotel driver. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach the hotel despite trying both the Expedia number and the number listed on Google, as their phone lines appeared to be down. As a result, we had to pay for a taxi to take us part of the way, which was stressful and……

“This is not the most convenient location- you have to take a shuttle with limited times to get to the train station to get to Sorrento and from there get a ferry to Naples, Capri or Amalfi / Positino. I thought we were staying in Sorrento so took a ferry there and it costs us $80 euros to get to hotel sadly. You also have to get a bus between the ferry port and train station or walk it. All of this hard on my husband who uses a Walker. However, with all that said, this place is TERRIFIC!! No……

“This hotel is a Gem in Maiori. This is the second time I stayed @Hotel Sole Splendid and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! Our front sea view room was beautiful, with a comfy bed/pillows, and cozy linens; nice and clean bathroom, a balcony with a breathtaking view. The buffet breakfast is amazing, it has everything, and the waiters are very nice, specially Antoinette and Gabriel.
