“Charging $20 to check in 30 minutes early is why I won’t use this company again. Corporate greed! What happened to old fashioned common sense. The room is available. I told the lady at the counter we just want to drop our bags off and we won’t be back until midnight. We were the only people in the whole complex. She said it was policy. Best Western lost a customer for life!!”

“ The kitchen light was not working even they promised it would be fixed by the second day we were there. There was a water leak coming from the room upstairs in the bathroom. The staff came quickly to dry it and the manager told us she could not refund us because it was book through a third party but said she would give us a couple of free nights for our next stay, to go see her in the morning, but we check out and there was no mentioned of it. The coffee machine did not work, no cutting knife……
