「Staff were very helpful keeping us from getting a parking ticket. The room we stayed in was very clean and met our need for one night but unfortunately we would not return. This building is a renovated storage building in the Old San Juan port area. The area does not feel safe for walking after dark. Additionally, if you’re a light sleeper you may find the noise keeping you up into the wee hours.」

After arriving, I had difficulty opening the lockbox to get the key, but the manager responded quickly and arrived within minutes after I called for assistance. The apartment was simple and clean, and I loved the design with the exposed beams on the ceiling, the tall wooden doors and several balconies.
