「a lot of attention to detail. They'd tidy up our room right after we left the room in the morning and then would tidy it up again when we went out for dinner, so that our beds were ready and all garbage was taken out at night too. we asked for extra towels and we received them within 4 mins. 」

「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「Was skeptical based on reviews but I stood at the Urbana and I had a lot of hot water and the AC was great I even had to turn it off periodically from being too cold. The area does get nosey on Saturdays and Sundays. Aside from that great stay. 」

「Loved my stay here! The staff was extremely nice and even let me check in a little earlier than advertised. The streets can be a bit noisy, but I’m from the Bronx so it didn’t faze me — it actually felt like home. The location is amazing, right in the middle of everything with plenty of food options, shopping, and historical sites all within walking distance.
