「Bright, cozy home with a phenomenal view. Convenient location close to the shops and restaurants in Friday Harbor. Host is friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend for couples or small groups!」

「Loved this property. Enjoyed watching wildlife and drinking coffee each morning on the huge deck overlooking the cove. Deer, eagle, birds and otters were viewed. Plenty of room for family of six. Convenient for the wedding we attended at Roche Harbor. Property was maintained well. 」

I was charmed by the transparency in the property's description of the orange counters and the narrow staircase, and hopeful when I read the reviews mentioning the wildlife spotted from the deck. One reviewer complained about the smell, which worried me a bit. There IS a distinctive smell, but it just made us think of going to our grandparents' cabins as children. I think it's just a smell to be expected in any old, wooden cabin. It wasn't offputting to us...
