"From first entering, the bellmen and reception were welcoming & cheerful. The ladies working reception dressed in lovely modernized “traditional” colorful Andalusian dresses. One bellman took us to our room & explained well how everything worked. The other brought in our luggage. The room was modern, sleek and the view of Sevilla was spectacular. The rooftop bar provided more striking views of the ancient and modern city. Fantastic stay. Muchas gracias!"

On arrival to our room there were alot of wear and tear to the apartment and staining on the floors, mat and kitchen chairs. "We stayed early May and had a fantastic time. Seville is beautiful.and the hotel did not disappoint. Its well located for walking to all the main sites. Taxi rank just across the road. Lots of bars/cafes near by. We arrived early but our room was not ready until 2pm but we left our cases and started our adventure straight away. We did not use the pool so can not comment on that aspect. The only thing I wish the hotel did was to book tickets for the Alcazaar and Cathedral for you in advance of arrival. Instead, you are directed to a PC and advised to book on line. Not a huge issue but would be a nice touch. We luckliy had pre booked before our arrival. Wide selection for breakfast and complimentary coffee and pastries were available in the bar area Which was really nice. A great holiday and highly recommended hotel."
