「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「Our family of four (two teens: 15 & 16) had a great time! As mentioned in many reviews the rooms are dated (we stayed in the palm building) However, extremely clean! And the service from the cleaning lady, front staff to beach helpers was amazing! Right on the beach, and the ocean is amazing! If you can live with the outdated rooms this is a great place, and we definitely recommend it! 」

「A+ hotel! My husband and I stayed at the Marriott Stellaris in November 2024, and again in July 2025 because of the hotel staff (and all of the amenities). The rooms are gorgeous, clean, and beds are comfortable. The staff, Rochelle, Jadon, Jackie, Niala, and Naomi all went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing short of exceptional! 「We stayed one week in one of the wagons, and enjoyed it very much. Our wagon was intimate, but very unique. It is a truly beautiful and cozy place, something out of the ordinary. As long as you understand that this is not your mainstream resort, you’ll have a good time. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the pool is super. The breakfast was great, and we used the outdoor kitchen a few times. It’s a bit rugged, but nice. It is very useful to have a car to get around. 」
