“I stayed at two hotels in Aruba this time, and I really like the service and environment of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and I love it. The only drawback was that when we checked in, there were only two groups in front of us, but we had to wait for half an hour. Other than that everything is fine”

“Room was clean. Food was good. Staff was great. Only negative is that it was very crowded which I don’t believe could have been helped being that we went over Christmas ”

“Clean room and facilities. Dining options were plenty. Nice part of town. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The only drawback was we paid for ocean view and we hardly had an ocean view. Our balcony overlooked mainly a parking lot. The ocean could be viewed if you turned a hard right around the room divider. ”

“Staff was great. Super attentive and appreciative that we chose them. By far the best experience we have come across in our trips. Dinning options were great as well with different meal coarses so it doesnt get boring”

“Staff is excellent. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Great beach. You can reserve palapas for as little as $30/day. It’s a large resort (and we were there for Christmas week) and it never felt crowded. Never hasd to wait more than minute or 2 for a breakfast table. ”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“Everything was just fine! The breakfast choices were excellent, staff very friendly specially Miss Chris O she was awesome waitress at dinner and breakfast too! The housekeeper were in top of the hill, every day cleaning and providing clean towels! At the pool everyone was friendly help ful ! The best vacation so far ”

Limited food options, there are other better options for all inclusive called Mega Package which will give you wider choices and better food selection and access to premium properties. Also be aware of what you are getting and make sure they are included with Hotel.com and Divi Property. Will visit again with family.”
