“Upon checking into the property, I was immediately disappointed and concerned by the condition of the accommodations. The stay was not as advertised. The listing described the property as a resort, which created the expectation of a resort experience with quality accommodations and amenities. Instead, I arrived at what felt more like a dated apartment than a resort. The room was dingy, outdated, and poorly maintained and did not reflect the listing or the standards I reasonably expected when……

“This little boutique hotel is located in town a short two minute drive out ten minute walk from the downtown area. After walking through the gates you walk into a lush tropical paradise. The pool area and surrounding lounge areas are well thought out and peaceful. The rooms are clean and very spacious. The staff and owners are very nice and helpful with area information and the breakfast was very good.”
