“Check-in was our only issue. We did not get the rooms that we asked for (and paid extra for). We had to go through a lot of time, effort, and inconvenience to get what we had spent a lot of time and money before the trip making sure was right. Our kids had to move rooms after the first night just to get what we had reserved. Other than that, we loved our stay. The rest of the staff were great, the amenities were nice, and Aruba is beautiful!”

“Our room was very spacious and clean. We loved the pool with the swim up bar and happy hour. The golf cart shuttle to the beach was very quick and we never had to wait long since it operated basically "on demand" - so even quicker than every 10 minutes. They had towels, chairs, and water on the beach for us. There was great snorkeling on the left side near the rocks. We also used the kids club which was very clean, well- maintained, and had lots for the kids to do. Javier worked very hard to……

“Rooms were okay very much filled with moisture! If you are a light sleeper or looking for quiet at night for rest, this is not the hotel! There is a club right next door and it’s super loud! The beach area is nice and the staff is helpful! The food was pretty good and I was very appreciative of them warming my food up because the rooms do not have microwaves. The pool was dirty my entire stay’ that is the reason for my low rating. Swim up bar was empty because who wants to get into a filthy……

“20+ years & we always go back to the Holiday Inn Resort Aruba because it's affordable, clean, near great restaurants, shops, & most importantly the staff. The staff are very friendly & treat you with respect. Our housemaid Odra was wonderful & Jean a good friend, & Roy from the towel hut were Excellent & always had our palapa set up for us.
