“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“As a solo, 50-something female visitor with friends staying at a nearby ocean-front hotel, this was just perfect for me. Too much, actually, since I didn't cook while I was there. AC worked great, shower was wonderful (waterfall and handheld showerhead with abundant hot water), kitchenette with everything you'd need, beach supplies (cooler, chairs, beach towels, umbrella, snorkel equipment), NO bugs, outdoor shower and place outside to dry wet swimsuit and I could go on. I felt very safe, even……
