“An exceptional property in the heart of Palm Beach, perfectly situated within walking distance of outstanding restaurants and shops. While the rooms could benefit from some modern updates, they were clean and comfortable. The beach and pool areas were beautiful, well-maintained, and truly enhanced the overall experience. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.”

“The private island is stunning, but the service was inconsistent. It appears the team may be short-staffed or in need of additional training—at times, there was only one waiter managing 10 to 20 guests. While some staff members were exceptionally friendly and prompt, others were unfortunately slow and lacked urgency.”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”
