"Beautiful property to stay at. The grounds are very well maintained. Beautiful pool (unheated but nice and cool on a hot day!). Wonderful coffee shop. Very nice restaurant (I used for breakfasts).
The architecture of the newer buildings (restaurant, coffee shop, tea house) is really nice and modern and fits wonderfully in with the rustic feel and look of the old tobacco barns.
The guest rooms are nicely appointed, however they are old and need some maintenance to update them. I saw a couple...

"This was a beautiful resort but what makes It so exceptional are the kind and caring staff. The location is about 10 mins away from city area or about a 30 min walk which wasn’t bad. It’s safe so you can explore how you like It! I will def stay here again if I come back to Chiang Mai no hesitations. "

"We absolutely loved our stay here. All the staff were incredibly friendly, atmosphere was very relaxing, food was fantastic, spa service was fantastic and facilities were very clean. It was the perfect spot as part of our honeymoon!"
