"It was a big cold in the pool but it was a gloomy day so that didn’t help. The staff was all amazing. It was nice having the mall right beside the hotel. Rooms were very nice. We enjoyed watching the planes from the balcony. "

"No idea how this hotel got a 9.2 rating other than how centrally located it is in the old city. First room was musty and had no windows, paid 500 baht a night on site for upgrade, the next room was better but bed was like sleeping on sheet of plywood. I prepaid 2 night but only stayed for 1. There isn’t anything truly wrong with the hotel but it wasn’t for me, for the price it is what it is. Cost me more than double to move hotels but for my personal comfort it was worth it. I felt the rating it has on Expedia isn’t accurate. I spend a lot of time in hotels, it has to be exceptional to be a 9.2. The staff were nice though and tried to Accommodate us. My friend stayed 2 more nights."
