"The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Room’s impeccable and comfortable and the Mexican restaurant on premises offered great food. I would highly recommend and look forward to staying there again. Very conscience location between the cruise port and the airport. "

"Staff was get. for me personally it was hard getting to the room. All the luggage had to be brought in thru the lobby taken on a small evavator than walked back out to the room on the second floor. I had to make three trips to get everything up. So it was an okay hotel but not a good option for people with mobility issues"

"The property was clean and the staff was helpful. My only complaint is the unexpected extra fees — there’s a $48 per day “day use” charge for access to the pool and fitness center, which felt excessive. Additionally, valet parking is $58 per day, and since there’s no self-parking available on the property, it’s not really optional. "
