“Overall a wonderful stay. Property was as described in the listing. Very good amenities at the nearby pool just down the street. Check in was very easy. Owner is friendly and he provides all important information before check in day.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed 3-day Independence Day holiday on Sandbridge Beach. The check-in process was effortless and Roger was very prompt in answering questions before and throughout our stay. We really loved this home because it offered so much of what we wanted to do on vacation including a large swimming pool, hot tub, and boat/kayak access on the canal. The beach was a short walk out of the neighborhood and across the street to the quiet Sandbridge Beach. We liked the home and location so……

“We came from PA to VA for our grand daughter’s high school graduation. We were perfectly situated by the water for sunsets! The deck was fabulous for visiting family and for relaxation. The water feature and garden were amazing! The accommodations were perfect for the two of us and very clean. I loved the artwork and decor!! ”

“Let’s start with the host. Cathy was amazing during the booking, prior to arrival, during our stay and afterwards. During our stay she immediately addressed two concerns I raised to her - which was really important and made the stay that much more enjoyable. The house had a brand new pool - which really made for a nice beach and pool vacation. Oceanfront, easy access to/from made the beach experience so relaxing. We had 9 guests (6 adults and 3 kids under 4) so for a house that sleeps 20 plenty……
