"Restaurant staff was excellent. They catered to the special requirements we had. Direct beach access with beach chairs setup was a big plus."

"The property was exactly as described, the view of the gulf was spectacular. Communication with the host was great. The only bad thing is the owner closet where chairs and umbrellas are stored. It’s dark, not easily accessible, no way to prop the door open. The roof ladder is in the way and several beach chairs are broken. "

"Room was amazing! Their video on their site is pre Hurricane Ian so don’t expect it to be like that ! Lots of devistation but they are working to bring it back. Most staff was nice , the front office staff were snotty and not helpful at !! Location on the beach is amazing! Sanibel / Captiva have captured my heart and I can’t wait to return. I’d stay there again . "

"The condo was completely renovated and everything is brand new. Fully furnished, well equipped kitchen with all necessities. Beach towels and beach chairs/umbrella provided. Full sized washer/dryer to keep up with laundry. Nice table and chairs on lanai for meals and morning coffee. Owners were responsive and friendly with communication. Highly recommend this unit!"
