“免費機場接送 服務人員熱誠”

“给了我一个最旁边的房间，浴室没有热水，已经超过晚上12:00，也不愿意先给我换房间休息，前后花了超过一个小时才修理完毕，而且据说全酒店只有这一个房间热水出问题。工作人员表示，晚上只有一位工作人员，他要负责前台又要负责整间酒店所发生的所有事情根本没有帮手，效率非常差。第二天早上又是没有热水，洗手台都是冷水，后来淋浴才有热水。浴缸下水非常的慢。房间有蚊子还有小飞蛾。早餐面包机不能使用，只有吐司机。酒店看起来似乎装修好，但是內部人员管理非常需要改进。酒店除了人員口頭表示歉意，並未做出任何賠償以及補償的方式。”

“这是我第二次入住这家酒店，上一次还在2018年，让我体验最好的是充裕的免费停车位还有随时可以办理入住的贴心服务（两次都是在上午就办理了入住），不用拎着箱子到处走。房租的设施有些陈旧，屋里比较潮，但酒店有一处历史遗迹，可以抵消所有不足。”

“Hotel located in pedestrian zone so it's impossible to park a car in front of the hotel which cause very inconvenient to carry luggages in and out. You need to move all the luggages by walking from abt 5-10 mins away. The entrance of road is under repair, make it more complicated. At night time, some people talking loudly even fighting at downstairs. Old town zone makes me feel the secrity isn't good. All facilities in toilet quite old but very reasonable price. ”

“The hotel is located in an area with a lot of adultery workers and thieves, as we were warned by not one but a few drivers during the stay. The hotel itself is a decent one, we were welcomed by glasses of Cava however the front desk was a bit understaff as both the time we had to wait quite a bit to check in and check out. The bed is very huge which usually is a good thing however in this case it gets too huge and make the room feel a bit small, other than the above mentioned the overall……

“Excellent staff. Room with balcony is a nice spot to sit have coffee. Free coffee machine in lobby is an excellent touch. Room a nice and as expected in the city small, but for 2 people sufficient, and wonderful water pressure in the shower. Bar has excellent cocktails, and Amanda is a great bartender. Location excellent with street of restaurants, but quite. ”
