Perfect studio for a solo traveler. Everything was exactly as described and very comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The property manager, Aidan, was very helpful and responsive.

Beautiful view, great location! Easy walk to coffee and beach park… short drive to Santa Barbara, Montecito, etc! Owner was easy to communicate with access to apartment was easy and secure… beware that bathroom walls do not reach ceiling so acoustically integrated… recommend!

Cozy studio

We enjoyed our one night stay, on our way between San Diego and San Jose. The place was clean and private, with a nice partial view of the ocean. Convenient parking. No issues.
