“Yolanda and Eileen are so generously hospitable, attending to every detail ahead of time so our event and time at Back 40 was very smooth, enjoyable, and relaxing. They are very attentive and helpful and flexible; then, during our event, they discreetly disappeared but let us know how to easily reach them. David has a very calming, kind presence. The grounds and amenities supersede what is delineated online. I arrived before my daughter/son-in-law whose marriage we were celebrating and after……

“Pictures on Expedia are misleading. Room was dirty, thin walls, you could hear every sound from next rooms. Oh and the mattress was so old that indentation would not let me get comfortable. The mattress protector had blood stains!!! Unfortunately I did not notice that until last day. We would change the hotel, but after 2 days of driving, both I and my husband did not have the energy to look. ”

“Loved the place except for The feature on a bathtub faucet that hinders hot water is commonly known as a hot water limiter. When you want hot water you should be able to get it! Otherwise we enjoyed our short 2 day stay.”
