「The hotel has a perfect location, very convenient to access to all the shopping and dining areas.
The hotel may not easy to find for the first time as the front door is not obvious, but you will love its location afterwards.
Beware that the surrounding would be quiet after 8pm and homeless people may be found near the church.
It is just 5-mins walk to Baixa-Chiado Metro Station and also close to the Elevator de Santa Justa and other must-visit spots.
Staff are very helpful and informative....
「I cannot speak highly enough about the hotel manager Saolo and the entire staff of the Arch Hotel. The front desk staff were quick to offer helpful information regarding my stay and various activities in Lisbon. My room was a clean and adequate space. The AC worked very well and the bed was comfortable. I also really liked the balcony and the perspective it provided. I would definitely stay here again. 」
「Small room but clean
Good location, close to metro and Rossio Station.
Decent breakfast, tasty pastry (Nata and sponge cake)
Friendly staff
Lots of restaurants around」
「The hotel was very cozy and right away as you walked in the temperature was a relief from the heat outside. Fresh water and snacks were offered which was amazing! The rooms were beautiful. Big beds with a large TV on the wall and on the second floor you had floor to ceiling windows in the room and bathroom that open like doors - very chique. The room and hotel was very clean, quiet and the views from the room were nice - out to see Rossio Square. We had an issue with the AC in the room and as it...
「Stayed here for a couple of days before a cruise. Rooms nicely appointed, modern, simple and clean. Restaurant had a nice breakfast buffet, which was very good. Staff friendly and helpful with recommendations of where to eat etc. cruise terminal is a short walk away. Would def stay here again」
「Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.」
