Best Stay!!

This home is stunning! Extremely clean and spacious with plenty of comfortable areas for our group to spread out. And of course the location - we were within walking distance to everything on our list! My car stayed parked, we biked and walked everywhere. Seaside took just 10 minutes on the bikes. 30a Beach Girls Hollie and Daisy were highly communicative and kind. We cannot recommend this spot enough! We will absolutely be back!

S'mores, bikes, sunsets, Karen, and more! 6 stars if I could.

This is a beautiful property with ample room for entertaining your group inside or outside. Our host was very accommodating and even delivered our groceries and made reservations for our pontoon. The booking also included a free bonfire! AMAZING time! An exceptional value and ideal spot for our family. Can't wait to come back! Want to mention the HOA here doesn't want vacationers in their neighborhood. It's SO obvious. We had 2 neighbors that were constantly on us. The hoa president to let us know we parked incorrectly and the trash can smelled and then some creepy lady that takes pictures of your car and of my KIDS on bikes. She was outside filming them. Hi KAREN we are just vacationing living our best life and you aren't going to overshadow our experience! Anyway just fyi... I would absolutely come back they don't bother me.

Perfection, sun, tennis, biking!!!

Kellie, Hollie and Jada does an amazing job providing details and information to make your stay well informed and comfortable. The property and location were ideal for accessing a variety of recreational activities around 30a and the décor and amenities really met the calling of the quintessential 30a experience. We were there to soak up some sun, play tennis and to enjoy the weather. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you 30a beach girls!

Paradise!

I booked the house to celebrate my 60th birthday on 30a with my daughters and girlfriends. There were 8 of us ranging in age from 24-62. The house was PERFECT. The pictures are very accurate - although they don't do the house justice - it's even better in person. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax by yourself, but to also come together as a group for meals, yoga, games, swimming, movies, etc. And the location was great. For those that wanted to walk or bike into seaside it was very doable. The bicycles, provided by 30a beach girls, are in great condition the golf cart was nice but had them pick it up, it didn't seat all 8 of us and took up parking space. The property management team are exceptional - from Hollie the owner, to Jada and Emily who handle checkin and house issues, and kudos to the team who keep the property spotless. We only had a few minor maintenance issues (the iron did not work, the remote batteries died and there were none in the house to replace them) and they were handled immediately and graciously!! If you are looking for a spot on 30a I'd highly recommend this house. If I host another gathering on 30a, I'll definitely book this house again.

This house was perfect!

This house was perfect for a big group. We had 6 adults and 3 kids and it worked perfectly. The house itself was stunning and very clean when we arrived. The golf cart and bikes make the house so accessible. Golf cart is a must here and was our main mode of transportation. It was a short golf cart ride to the beach public access (though be aware that public golf cart parking can be tough to find, we were up early at the beach everyday which made this manageable). Short ride to seaside and many restaurants. The house has both a keurig and drip coffee maker (this was important to us as we have 3 small children and well…coffee is a must). The house does have an outdoor showers but it was in a tough location for us onto stairs so we just used the outdoor hose to rinse off after our beach days. There is a nice grill but we never used this. It's a great house in a cute neighborhood on a cul de sac. Very safe and easy for parents. Would definitely recommend!! Thanks so much for such a great stay. The location is great and the golf cart and bikes make it so accessible.

Best trip ever!

Took a sister's trip, best decision ever!! This house and 30a Beach Girls = epic vacation. Had a charcuterie board and a frilly girls party punch waiting on us. Did a bonfire. Had Heather the amazing masseuse come over and it was just heaven! We need this time to reconnect and recharge! Thank you everyone at beachgbrls from delivering our groceries to planning these extra activities it was like a spa retreat! We will rebook this annually and planning family trips at your other homes!

⭐️ 🌟 💫 We had a great stay at Stars and Stripes and never ran out of things to do within walking distance, tennis, pool, hiking, biking, bonfires, shopping, restaurants oh yeah and the BEACH!! 🏖 🏝 Bedrooms were great with private baths and comfortable beds, living area and kitchen were gorgeous and has every item you need, every item! And the location is killer! All you need is your favorite flip flops and shades! Highly recommended for a family getaway or girls trip. There's a busy body neighbor but wasn't too bad. Management company is full of rock stars. Check in and check out simple. Communication is quick (text don't call, but they will call you if you ask) Hollie the owner set us up with bonfires, a chef, a nanny and a boat trip. She sent maintenance forthwith when we had a few minor issues (beeping smoke alarm, golf card cable not charging, bear in trash) maintenance was always very polite and offered area ideas as well. Kelly was always super sweet on her messages and helped whenever needed. Jada was the funniest when she called me back after a thunderstorm and the cable was out. What's great about this bunch is they treat you like guests in their home they don't treat you like a customer. When they tell you they want to be your vacation fairy godmothers they mean it! ⭐️ 🌟 💫

Wonderful Time

Beautiful home was as advertised. I think the pictures don't do it justice. Very Clean, had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Beach is very close the cart was very handy, as were the bikes. Worth the money for the cart for sure. Communication with Hollie and Kelly was very easy. Will book again. In the center of everything and away from it all ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed there March 19th through the 26th during a busy spring break period. You can definitely feel the vibe… vacationers, middle and high schoolers on their bicycles, traffic on 30A, but then, you turn the corner and you are surrounded by tranquility and peace. The neighborhood is so cute and homey, lined with beautiful houses, flowering bushes, inviting porches. Stars and Stripes sits on a secluded cul-de-sac in the center of everything and away from it all. From the moment you walk in, you feel drawn into it's inviting and elegant decor. Inviting living room with cozy couch, beautiful light fixtures, great dining room table, ceiling beams, art work, all oozing coastal elegance. Kitchen is compact but well appointed and stocked with every dish and gadget you can imagine to throw a great dinner party. All the beds in 4 bedrooms are very comfortable, with crisp white sheets and plenty of layers to keep you comfortable. Art work, furniture, decor touches are all tastefully done! Bathroom vanities are some of my absolute favorites, they are like custom made pieces of furniture! Multiple TVs throughout the house are all new and ready to stream whatever you want. Nice screened porch is great to spend a leisurely afternoon with the book. You have a gold cart at your disposal for when you want to run to the store, pick up lunch or explore Rosemary Beach, Seaside or Watercolor, all within a few minutes drive. Perhaps my favorite feature of the house was a front porch! Love spending time there with a cup of coffee, a nice book or a cocktail in the evening! Just an amazing stay, can not wait to return.

Definitely will be coming back! Perfect location, extremely quiet, 30a beach girls wonderful!

Had a wonderful stay here with family. Perfect location. Enjoyed the private property no one watching through the windows like in Rosemary Beach or mass amounts of kids. The kids loved the tennis court and the bikes. We even loved the neighborhood cat that came by to visit every night. Great house layout for a large family. There were 7 people and all were extremely comfortable . 30a Beach Girls is extremely sweet and was incredibly responsive and was a text away for any questions. Will most definitely be renting this property again. I give it 10 stars!!

Hospitality exceeded our high expectations

We used 30a beach girls rentals a second time in the last 7 months and again we were amazed at their hospitality and the cleanliness of the house we rented. This particular vacation rental exceeded our already high expectations in more ways than one. The house is spacious, the kitchen fully stocked (I cooked three meals every day), The property is 5 minutes from the beach! We celebrated not only Christmas but our granddaughters birthday and the hosts were thoughtful enough to welcome us with a live mini Christmas tree plant that is now growing in our forever home and a cake with balloons for our granddaughter. One evening we were entertained by the local wildlife. A bear was walking the neighborhood. Such a wondrous sight! Hosts arranged golf carts for us and had a nice welcome spread awaiting our arrival. We choose to have a charcuterie board and hot chocolate bar with cookies. It was so much fun after driving for 9 hours. We know that when we return to 30a, this is is where we will always hope to stay. Thank you Hollie, Meredith and team.

Seagrove Beach Vacation

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. Great design, high-end features, and furniture. Great location because home is located in quiet, serene location but so close to the Ocean, Eastern Lake, Restaurants. Cannot say enough about this beautiful home and location. Lovely! Lovely! Lovely!!

We loved this house!! It is located close to everything but just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The kids loved playing with the scooters in the cul-de-sac and we all used the bikes to bike to Seaside and Watercolor! The pool and tennis courts are also about 1 minute away from the house. The house itself is so beautifully decorated and was the perfect size for our group of 8. All the adult bedrooms had their own bathroom, and the kids loved the cute details in the bunk room. I would absolutely stay in this house again! Can't wait to come back!!

Beautiful Home close to the beach!

We had an excellent stay at Stars & Stripes, the house is very well located with the pool only being about a 1 minute walk, and beach access a very close walk as well. Great restaurants are walkable, for breakfast/lunch/dinner. We even walked to Seaside along the beach one of the mornings to have breakfast and walked back through neighborhoods along 30a. The house is well equipped, has everything you need and is very well decorated. Can't wait to book this one again next year and also check out some of the nearby trails behind the home.

The most magical stay

My husband and I came for our anniversary and spend the most amazing week on 30A. First of all, the house is GORGEOUS!!! It didn't feel like a basic rental property. Everything there is super high end and beautiful. But it's not just all about the look- the house was very comfortable and had everything we needed and wanted too. Also, 30A beach girls are amazing! Holly responded to all of our questions and requests within minutes and it made our stay so much better. I will definitely stay there again and again! I think a new tradition was born this year.

The Best Getaway!!!

We had the best time at this house! It's decorated so well, definitely feels like you're in a designer home and unlike anywhere we've ever stayed. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything we needed, beach towels were provided, as well as some boogy boards for the kids. We used the bikes that were provided to bike to Seaside and Watercolor, which was a super quick and easy ride. The beach is also a quick 5 min walk. The kids also played tennis one day, which they loved. The courts are a 1 minute walk from the house. Overall we loved the house and are going to book it again!

Excellent stay at Starts & Strips on 30a

This is not your average beach house. From when you first walk in, you see the quality work that went into this home, the decor is beautiful and unlike any traditional place we've stayed at in the area. Quality furniture fills the place, and it has everything you need. The bedrooms are a good size, and the mattresses were so comfortable! Our party of 8 slept comfortably, enjoyed endless meals at the large dining room table, and spent evenings watching TV in the cozy living room. The tile work in the bathrooms, large baseboards, beautiful floors throughout, and not a creak in the staircase shows that this isn't your regular rental, but a home someone spent time and resources on to make special. They even have starts & stripes cups, everything is so well thought out! Location was great - the home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac which was great for our little ones to play on with no through traffic. The community pool was about a minute walk through a cute little sidewalk and the beach was just a short walk away - the water was gorgeous and the sand is perfect - no stones, just sand - and the lakes are nearby as well for those double red flag days. Walkable to many great restaurants and a short drive to so many amenities. We will most definitely be renting this property again, it allowed us to make so many great life lasting memories with our family.

Gorgeous and cozy house!

We came here with our family and friends for a week. House is spacious, bright and very comfortable. It's walking distance to a beach, cute restaurants. Also, we rented a car and we're able to visit near by neighborhoods. Also, “Stars and Stripes” theme is so cute. The decor is so beautiful and elevated. We loved it and will be back!

Great vacation home!

Our group of 8 loved our stay at Stars and Stripes and the customer service from 30A Beach Girls was great! The cleanliness was superb and the home was perfect for us. Their were 4 complimentary bikes which made getting to and from the beach easy. Everything was so nice in the home and the beds were super comfortable! We loved the themed Stars and Stripes serving dishes in the kitchen and mugs/cups with the beach name on them and house name on the cups! It was great to have a washer/dryer to wash wet clothes and the beach towels were a great bonus so we didn't have to pack them. Sitting in the covered porch while it was raining one evening was so peaceful. Don't hesitate to book this home! You will love it!

The Best Stay!

We had the best time at 30A Stars & Stripes. This is our 5th time on 30A, and I have to say, this is our favorite place we have stayed. Not only is the house absolutely beautiful, but the location is unbelievable! The beautiful beaches of 30A are just a 5 minute walk away - make sure to walk east to check out where Eastern Lake flows into the gulf. It's amazing, especially if you have little kids. We also spent time in Seaside which was a quick drive on the golf cart. Back to the house … it was seriously amazing. The beds and linens were high quality and very comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds! Each bedroom (except the bunk) had an en suite bathroom, all of which are completely remodeled. The kitchen is stocked with absolutely everything, although we ate out most of the time. We also spent a lot of time in the screened porch area having drinks and playing games, especially at night. As far as restaurants, we ate at Perfect Pig, Cafe Thirty A, and Goatfeathers - all of which are within 5 min of the house. We also loved The Wine Bar and Great Southern Cafe in Seaside. We absolutely loved our stay and only wish it was longer! Can't wait to go back next year!!!

Loved the property!

I have to say, having stayed at beautiful properties in 30a, none compare to 30a stars an stripes. The decor is impeccable and the property is amazing. Plus you can conveniently walk to the most beautiful beach, seriously 30a has the most beautiful beaches. Also convenient to dining and shopping. We rode the included bikes daily! I can't wait to go back next year!

Best choice!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. The home was so clean and well stocked with towels, linens, pillows...ect. We truly enjoyed every moment. Close to the pool and the beach. We hired a private chef one evening to prepare fresh catch. Amazing! 30a Beach Girls was great at communicating and assisting with planning. Check in and check out was so simple. We can't wait to return.
