Amazing Property.

The property was very clean in a nice quiet neighborhood. We would take the golf cart only a couple blocks away to the public beach access. Also, the location is next to some nice restaurants. Lastly, the host was very easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be back!

End of summer trip

The space is exactly as advertised. Clean and seems to be well cared for. The use of the golf cart made all the difference in getting to the beach! If you plan on cooking, just be aware there aren't any essential seasonings or left over goods from previous guests. Not a big deal, but sometimes helpful to know when you're planning. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful and clean. The only bad thing was golf cart was broke and the only reason we booked this house was for the golf cart. There should be some compensation for not having a way around for our stay!!

The home was very beautiful, beds are so comfortable, exceptional kitchen amenities, perfect sized dipping pool (my daughter loved it), electric golf cart was in great condition (I don’t like gas powered), large master sized room upstairs as well, closet space for days in the two masters, ceiling fans as well as extra box fans, the quietest neighborhood we have ever stayed in, quick golf cart ride to the beach and great shops/restaurants, a few minutes drive to Publix, we felt very safe. We actually looked at a few listings for sale in that neighborhood while we were there! The only thing I would improve is the function of the sliding glass door blinds, and the mildew in the front loaded washing machine seal, which is so common with front loaders. I have already shared this property with another family that saw a video tour of the home! Would definitely stay again!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The lock on the rear sliding glass door to the pool was broken. The owner was aware of an issue with the lock before we checked in and placed a broken broomstick in the gap to resolve the issue. After expressing my safety concern to the maintenance worker who came to look at it, I was told that the prisons in the area were empty and I shouldn’t be worried.

Beautiful home, great proximity to beach

We had an amazing time at this house. Newer co structuring so was, clean and well kept. Loved having the small pool outback and the golf cart was key to enjoying the area and easy trips to the beach! Only negative was fan in upstairs master was broke and management couldn’t fix it until after we left and didn’t respond to even bring a box fan.

Lovely and comfortable home. Clean, spacious and we loved being on a cul de sac. We enjoyed utilizing the big golf cart. My only suggestion, I wish the house was stocked with hand soap, toilet paper and garbage bags. Beds were very comfortable and we were close to the beach. Easy communications with the property management.

Santa Rosa property

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Nice, new, and clean. The property has a small pool, which was perfect for small kids. It was close (golf cart ride) to the beach/30A/local restaurants. We did struggle some with communication; IE asking several times or clarifying questions to get more information. While it does have a small pool, you have to pay extra to heat it (not advertised). The property lacks small amenities such as: coffee, seasonings, dish soap/laundry soap (outside of single use packet and one trash bag), beach towels. We would stay here again, just wish we had a little more information to plan accordingly.

House, location, accessibility - all perfect

Everything about the location was great. The house looks exactly as the listing. The proximity to the beach was good because you had the golf cart but could also walk if necessary. The restaurants near that beach were very good. The house had plenty of space for 9 people (we were going to have 12 but some didn’t come although I think the place was spacious enough for 12). Only thing to note (something you’ll have to work around if you don’t have a vehicle) is the neighborhood is new so the address doesn’t come up in Uber or Lyft, the girls coming from the airport had to taxi. Also - this location is very very limited when it comes to Uber and Lyft availability. We had a fantastic time. Would definitely come here again / recommend this house. 10/10.

Family getaway

The house was spectacular. Plenty of room for everyone. Having use of golf cart was amazing. We used it to get around the area and go to the beach. However, we did have a few issues with the a few things. We arrived on Monday after dark, staying until Friday am The ceiling fan was not working in the main upstairs bedroom and the pool had sand in it. We contacted the property mgmt and they said it would be taken care of immediately. The pool men came on Wednesday. The electrician came on Thursday and said it was a bad motor, had to be ordered. Not exactly the "immediately" we expected. Overall, it was fun time for all of us,
