Our stay was exceptional! The location to the beach is very convenient and the beach access was peaceful and clean. There was plenty of room in the house for 4 families staying together. It was nice to have 2 kitchens and 2 laundry rooms.

100% Great Stay

We will definitely consider this property again for a vacation in Florida - clean, spacious, close beach access, functional for our large family. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. Management was excellent to work with, extremely prompt in communication.

We have stayed at this property 3 times now and it has always been great. Plenty of space for sleeping and only 50 yards from beach access. The backyard is a great place to cool off during the super heat of the day with shade and a pool. Just a great rental.

Plenty of room, beautiful home, wonderful outdoor pool area. Manager was easy to work with. We hadn't stayed in Blue Mtn Beach before, and especially loved it. All of 30A is nice..We plan to book this again!!

Spacious House with Amazing location

Large house with enough room for all of us to spread out. The pool was amazing— great size with a wonderful hot tub to enjoy in the evenings. The beach access is right across the street which was very convenient. We had a very relaxing family trip and loved staying at this house!! We hope to make it back soon :)

Excellent Location

We had a fantastic stay here. The location was great, just steps to the beach. There are four master suites which was perfect for every couple to have their own room and bathroom. There are two kitchens one upstairs and one downstairs, which actually ended up being very useful for a large group. We would rent this place every summer if we could!

Family vacation

The house was a perfect setup for our 2 families with a short, easy walk to the beach (even with little ones). Beautiful property in a great location. The only disappointment was the keurig coffeemaker didn’t work but we survived. Highly recommend!

Perfect House for large family or group. Having 2 kitchens is huge. Absolutely the best back yard, pool, and spa. About a 30 second walk to the beach! House was very clean and comfortable. Both kitchens stocked very well with nice cookware and utensils.

Awesome Week!

We’ve been coming to the Destin area for several years and this was our most enjoyable. The house made our vacation over the top this summer! Super spacious, clean, fantastic pool and hot tub! The location couldn’t have been any better. We were able to walk and bike to restaurants, a local ice cream parlor, and souvenir shop. But the best was the minute walk to the beach. Rachel, the property manager was very welcoming and attentive during our stay!

The house was a nice fit for my family and close to the much needed beach. Everyone enjoyed themselves with the facilities, and we had bikes delivered without any problems. The only recommendation I have would be to make the bunk rooms a little more adult friendly and not so kid-looking.

Great Family Vacation House

Huge house for our family of 20. The beach access was only 30 seconds away with shops and restaurants all around. Destin boardwalk is about 45 mins away and there is tons to do. Our family had a great time. The kitchens has everything we needed and there was room for everyone to enjoy our family meals. It was a bit hot in the evening but there were extra mini fans in all the rooms. The pool was cleaned while we were there and if we had any issues they came out and fixed it right away. Great huge family house.

Excellent location

Four families came together to celebrate my son’s BD. We had 5 teenagers and 2 kids. With 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms/2 kitchens, and 2 dinning rooms, we got to enjoy the weekend very comfortably. It was a lovely house. We also had a plenty of space for 5 cars to park safely. The grocery store and shopping area were very close by. But, the best part was location. So, close to the beach!!! Simply 1 min walk to the beach access! We will def come back and rent this place again.

Relaxing Vacation

The house is steps from the beach! My children keep saying this was the best vacation we have taken as a family and constantly ask to go back. Plenty of room to spread out and decks to relax and read or drink a cup of coffee and watch the dolphins. Everything was walkable, but we did have a golf cart. Cute shops close by to entertain the kids (three teens and one pre-teen) and great restaurants and bars to entertain the parents! Plenty of towels, beds were comfy, clean pool, a sizable hot tub, kitchens stocked with everything you need, a quiet street, and great outdoor spaces. The house is two houses on top of each other. Great for multi-family gatherings. We enjoyed it so much and look forward to another stay here with the family. Thank you for some great memories!!

Family Gathering

The house is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen has all the utensils that you would need. The beach is just across the street. It was a nice stay. The host was very good at answering questions till Friday. On Saturday, I didn't get any replies. I would have like for the house to have beach chairs. I assumed since is a beach house that it would have a few beach chairs to take to the beach. Overall, the house was clean, spacious, beautiful, great location. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Excellent location to beach

My family and I rented this for a one week stay. The upstairs is almost a replica of downstairs. There are 4 king bedrooms, the other 2 bedrooms each have 2 sets of bunk beds. Ice machine in upstairs was nice. Short walk to public access stairwell to beach. (We carried a wagon down.) The house has a great kitchen, almost everything you need to cook. Four whisks. Ha. The upstairs def gets a bit warmer than downstairs just because of so much sun. Black out curtains in bedrooms would be nice. There is a beautiful view of just ocean from large kitchen table on upper level. Pool and hot tub were great also. Property management responds immediately to texts. We had an issue with the grill and they sent someone out and it was fixed within a couple of hours and we were good to go!

Location location!

Some items need updated. Downstairs refrigerator has broken shelves. Dishwasher didn’t work. Two kitchens but only one blender & toaster etc. downstairs living room tv wouldn’t work for cable/local tv. Pool heater didn’t work for first couple days but they came and reset it and it was terrific after that. However, house set up is terrific. Love that it has 4 master bedrooms with King beds. The house is roomy and attractive. Big tables for family dining and games. Location is outstanding. One house down from direct private beach access. The property management was easy to get ahold of and responsive and cheerful anytime we needed something! Our family of 11, and a baby, had all the room we could ever need!

Wonderful Vacation

We had an amazing experience renting this house! The beach was incredible and about a 30 second walk from the house. The house was huge and had an awesome set up that is perfect for a large group of people. We had so much space we didn’t even use two of the rooms. We loved having the two kitchens and two laundry areas. The backyard is beautiful and we had so much fun using the pool area. They provided plenty of beach towels. It was so nice they allowed us to bring our dog and the backyard made it easy for our dog to stretch his legs and be around us. The backyard is private and completely fenced in (they even had a pooper scooper for our furry friends.) We had wonderful communication and very detailed instructions on everything. They answered any question we could possibly have right away and were very kind/friendly. I cannot say enough good things about staying here. 10/10 would recommend booking this place! Thanks so much again!

Wonderful beach vaca!

This property was in a great location, right across the street from a beach access. It was clean and well kept. Our only complaint was that the top floor was identical to the bottom floor, so occasionally people would get confused and go in the wrong bedroom, because they were on the wrong floor. This is a minor comment, and overall it is a wonderful property and we had a great time staying there.

Relaxed week at beach

Fantastic location across the street from the beach and within walking distance to ice cream and donuts. The state park was also superb. The house itself had very roomy common areas and a great pool space.
