We had a great stay with family and friends from all over the southeast. The location was great for walking and grabbing some treats. The house was big enough for all of us to have plenty of space without feeling like we were on top of each other. The pool was nice and clean. The walk to the beach was not far. Only caution for families with small children, there is only one bath tub in the house and it has a glass enclosure.

Great stay

We loved our time at this property. Clean, good linens, comfortable beds, plenty of amenities provided to start our trip off. House is walking distance to both blue mountain beach accesses as well as the local restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream on 30a. Pool had a great balance of shade and sun depending on time of day!Our only complaint is that the elevator door on the third floor does not latch shut. In order to use the elevator we would have to keep something propped in front of the door in order for it to run.

Very satisfied With Scenic Stays

The house was immaculate when we arrived..The only problem with my stay was I had to repair the 3rd floor elevator door it would not stay closed to allow the elevator to operate..And I also had to reprogram the garage door opener the keypad would not open or close the door.. I know the garage door keypad only matters to the owner but I am surprised no one called about the elevator door..
