Spring Break

Wonderful property, well maintained and updated furnishings. Comfortable beds and surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the center of Seaside. Well equipped kitchen and great balconies with views of the Gulf. Managment company was very responsive.

Woo Hoo for Blue View!

Location, location, location! So convenient to shops and restaurants. Steps from the beach, house filled with what we needed. Loved the layout and decor. Check-in is not until 4 PM and check out is at 10 AM. They are very strict about no early check-in’s and no late checkouts… and then they text you to let you know that you cannot get there 1 min early and you cannot check out 1 min late. Coffee maker needs replaced…so slowwww and no auto shut off when you’re not patient enough to wait for the whole pot to brew. Other than that, great house, clean and can’t beat the location.

Beautiful Comfortable Beach House

Beautifully designed and decorated home. Spacious living areas, porches, bedrooms and baths. One back from beachfront but still has views and convenience to beach access and everything in Seaside. Highly recommend!
