Beautiful House in Perfect Location

The house is beautiful, has a great layout and was very well stocked. They even had a crock pot! The game room was fun, the screened back porch was perfect for movie nights, the golf cart was awesome and the property managers were wonderful. The walk to the beach is short and the nearest beach entrance is very nice with restrooms and a ramp if the steps are not a good option. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return in the future!

Spring Break 2024

Our family had a relaxing and memorable Spring Break. The check in process was easy. The house was convenient to the beach by foot, but the golf cart was an added bonus. The house was spacious, clean, and well stocked. We loved that the area was quiet, but my teen/young adult kids were close enough to shops and social activities. Looking forward to visiting again! This is my new, favorite, beach getaway location.

The home was beautiful and for our mixed family of 16 perfectly. Customer service from Itrips was amazing. Accessible by text 24/7. The neighborhood was fairly quiet and a short 7 min walk to the beach. The golf cart made going to the beach and nearby areas very easy. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the home. Can’t wait to book our next trip.

Wonderful beach week!

We truly enjoyed our vacation at The Hideaway! The house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 6 kids. There was plenty of room, hangout areas including the screened porch and garage game room. The grandkids loved the bunk room too. The neighborhood pool was close, the beach was beautiful and the golf cart was perfect for going back and forth to the beach. The management company was so diligent, checking in on us and keeping us informed. We will definitely come back!

We loved everything about this house. There was plenty of room for our group. Close to the pool, close to beach. Close to restaurants. The golf cart was an amazing added bonus. Kitchen was fully stocked, very clean. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great week!!

Family Vacation '25

Really enjoyed the stay. House was very accommodating, spacious, and clean. I was most impressed with the manager of operations, who was riding around the neighborhood as we checked in. There was a problem with the key code and she had it resolved in a matter of minutes. Also had a problem with the golf cart and once again it was resolved in minutes. This lady was on top of our every need. I have never had someone check in on us like that. 5 star plus!

Beach vaca

This is a great property. Plenty of room for all and very clean and comfortable. Property manager responded timely to our request. there is building going on in the neighborhood but it didn't bother us at all. Short walk to the beach We especially enjoyed the gameroom and screened porch.

2023 Family Vacation

We LOVED this property!! The house was perfect for our large group. Close to the beach and the community pool!! The Golf Cart was great for going back and forth to the beach and pool. The younger adults loved the second floor porch. The house was very clean and beds were so comfortable. It is also very close to many restaurants and shops. It's a perfect location!! We are already talking about booking this property for next year!! Property Management was great from the time we booked until the day we checked out.

Hello, overall the stay was good, just a few comments: with such a new house there were several that were not working-broken-very low quality; also, we had big issues with the beach as the public beach that is across the neighborhood is very limited; this should be noted in the description.

June 2022 Family Vacation

This is such a beautiful property, it has just about everything you would want in a home. The covered deck on the second floor was great for the kids to relax after a day swimming. The game room/garage was also a great usage of space for entertaining. This home has so many seating areas to accommodate a large group. Close to the pool and walking distance to the beach. The staff was so helpful, I appreciate the time they took to answer question. Thank you iTrip team members.

Beach Vacation

Wonderful vacation spent with 14 family members. This is the best beach house we have rented. The house was very accommodating for 10 adults and 4 children. Large King with private bath on the ground floor. Big open kitchen/living room and game room in the garage. 2 king rooms and a queen room upstairs. Balcony with TV and comfortable furniture. Large lift with 2 sets of bunks and a bathroom. 14 of us showering/washing clothes/dishes and we never ran out of hot water. The house is about a quarter of a mile from Dune Allen Public Beach Access or half mile from Fort Panic Public Beach Access (our preference). Tons of beach stuff; chairs, a beach wagon, and toys for the kids. Lovely pool is near the house. Plenty of parking for 3 large trucks and a car. Rental company was very responsive and called back within minutes for our needs. Only suggestion is we could not find sheets for the pullout and addition of a few more hand towels in the kitchen. Highly recommend the beach bonfire. We had a lovely time and will definitely rent with this company again!!

Good, not great

I'm going to be honest. Overall, the location, golf cart, and distance to beach and shopping were great. My daughter loved the neighborhood golf cart cruises in the evenings. We picked this area for a reason. The neighborhood is tucked away and brand new. Houses are still being built (none close to this one). That being said, the house looks like the pictures, but it hasn't aged well. It was our understanding that the house was only a few months old (6 months). -The house was clean, not spotless. We had dead bugs all over and a sugar ant problem in the kitchen. We later found out no one had stayed there in over a month. We at least had a vacuum to clean up. -The humidity (according to the thermos) was close to 80%. We finally had to open windows and doors to get it down on a daily basis. They need to install dehumidifiers on the 3 units. -This has led to the 2nd floor bathrooms have a mold problem around the exhaust fans. We told the maintenance man about this one. Its needs to be fixed. -The whole house has a very distinct smell. More noticeable on the first floor. Not sure what it is but it was odd. -The second floor screened in porch was going to be the hangout spot. But it has mold all over it as well. Needs to be sprayed down. -The golf cart was awesome. But we were missing an extension cord to charge it and the key was broken. This was corrected quickly, but it shouldn't of happened to begin with. Everything above it fixable. All in all our trip was fun and we will definitely come back. Just not sure we will stay here again.
