We loved our stay here!!! The view from the rooftop of this property is amazing!!! Plus just a short walk to the beach! House was very clean and check-in and communications with the property manager were very easy. Restaurants and shopping are within walking/biking distance. Hope to be able to come back and stay here again!

BEST house in Santa Rosa!

A group of very busy moms were lucky enough to stay in this beautiful home. All agree, it was the best experience we have had with a beach rental. We appreciated that SoWal Luxury Properties Rentals, communicated throughout our stay, making sure nothing was needed. Home was spotless, beds so very comfortable, and enough space that we could all spread out. The rooftop pool quickly became a favorite hangout. We spent every morning with coffee in the pool, watching gorgeous sunrises. Evenings spent watching stunning sunsets, while waiting for the stars to come out and being lulled with the sounds of waves. This lovely house, along with the exceptional views, will forever be remembered. For anyone looking for a special rental to unwind and make lasting memories, this is your place.
