19 Moonlit Shores was AMAZING

It had a enough space for all of us, great location, up to date, etc. Highly recommend to other people looking in the Santa Rosa area.

4th of July Family Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was awesome!!!! Lots of room (we had 8 people) and just a short .2 mile from the beach. The area has tons to do and great places to eat and shop. This is our 2nd trip to the area and this house was the best!! We will return next year.

Fall Break Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for our fall break trip and had a great time! The house was in a great location, very close to the beach access, shopping, restaurants, and a quick drive over to Grayton or Seaside. This house had a great layout and the back patio area was a great bonus. As always with Benchmark, the house was very clean upon arrival with the bonus of travel size soaps and lotions in all the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room. Highly recommend this house!

Overall experience very good. Loved the house size and decor…walls are thin though…hear everything in other bedrooms and walking in house. Housekeeping needed to pay closer attention in bathrooms, tubs/shower drains

Lovely Beach Home

Perfect Location

This house was exactly as advertised. It felt brand new, was super clean, well stocked, very comfortable, and the check in process could not have been easier. We had lots of space for our group of four. (There are a lot of stairs in the house, so keep that in mind if stairs are an issue for you). It's in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach and our favorite places of Shunk Gulley and Growler Garage. We'd highly recommend this home, and this area.

The dishwasher was broken and ceiling was linking the morning we were leaving.

Perfect for our families...

Loved being only steps away from restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream, shopping, and most importantly, a beautiful beach. Our families came together to enjoy the 3 levels of this tranquil home. The 2 upper level balconies and large front porch was especially enjoyed for sunrise and sunset. We were there during the coldest time of the year, and had to reach out to the Benchmark Management team for assistance with the heat. Not only was the response time within seconds, by multiple staff members, but a maintenance person was dispatched immediately. I felt like we had true VIP treatment! Benchmark continued with a follow up to ensure our visit was as expected. Both management and maintenance staff were prompt, professional, and super personable. We would definitely recommend this listing, and look forward to being able to return again in the near future.

Perfect Spot!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We normally stay in hotels but decided to give a house on 30a a try. It was perfect! The house was beautiful, clean and very comfortable for our party of 5. While we didn’t cook, the kitchen was immaculate. The bedrooms were spacious. And the front porch was perfect for morning coffee. It was a 3-4 min walk to the beach - just straight down the road (with sidewalks) and an even shorter walk to restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and gift shops. It was the perfect location - not in the business of Seaside, but close enough for a quick drive, very close to the beach and anything else you might need on vacation.

Close to beautiful beach.

Benchmark was responsive and helpful with requests.Mgmt should review living room/dining room upholstery very worn. Would add coffee table. Nice house...but not quite as advertised

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a nice house and a nice experience. Very large & spacious home with most amenities provided. Extremely disappointed in the fact it smells strongly of a smoking home when it’s listed as non-smoking. I had to return home and wash all of our clothing/luggage to get rid of the smell. Also, there’s not near enough living room furniture to match the size of the home. Our family of 6 struggled every evening finding enough seats to relax and had to use hard chairs to make the difference. The upstairs balcony door didn’t latch properly which is a major safety hazard and there’s currently no ‘gulf view’ as listed due to new construction being built right in front of the home. Also, there are a LOT of steep stairs between the levels of the home if that’s an issue for you. These are just a few of the things that we noticed that were frustrating to our family but we made some great memories together & that’s what is most important!

Nice house but..

Wonderful time
