Responsive Team Amazing Stay

We did encounter problems with the pool not heating properly but the maintenance crew was very attentive and made sure it worked for us each day. House is stunning, better than the pictures. And you can’t get a better spot, beaches, restaurants. Memories for a lifetime

Our Favorite Ever

We've stayed several places on 30A and this was the very best ever - the house made our whole week. There was plenty of room for everyone in our family to have their own space and bathroom, pool and outdoor seating was a delight, and kitchen was so nice that we actually cooked dinner a few nights at home instead of going out. We just loved our week there so much and can't wait to go back!

Beautiful home

We stayed in the last week of Jan 2023 with our 3 children. The home was more beautiful than pictured and immaculately clean. There was plenty of space and all the basics (aside from salt and pepper) were covered. The location was perfect and access to the golf cart and bikes was so convenient. Beach access is directly across the street with ocean views from both third and 4th floor balconies. We had one issue with pool heating and it was addressed by maintenance within the hour. The pool is small, but was perfect for our 3 little ones and warmed up nicely so it was comfortable even in the chilly weather. We had a great time and definitely would consider staying here again!
