  • Nestled in the charming neighborhood of Naturewalk, just a moment away from the beautiful Seagrove Beach, this delightful home offers a comfortable yet elevated retreat for guests. With three spacious bedrooms, including two king suites and a twin over full bunk bed with trundle, there’s ample room for everyone to unwind and relax. The bathrooms are equipped with showers (a tub- shower combo in the secondary bath) and hotel amenities, ensuring a convenient and enjoyable morning routine.

    Step outside to discover the stunning new private pool and spa, complete with an outdoor kitchen, in ground speakers and seating areas perfect for sunbathing or dining. For those seeking adventure, explore the area in the 6-seat golf cart or take advantage of the bikes provided for a leisurely ride on the trails. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploration or gathering for a delightful meal, this charming home offers the ideal setting for your stay.

    For a change of scenery, head to the neighborhood pool and pavilion, where you can relax on the hammocks or let the little ones enjoy the playground. If you prefer an active experience, challenge yourself to a round or two of pickleball, which doubles as a basketball court. We hope you have a wonderful time at our home!

    Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for the duration of the rental agreement.

    No pets
    Pets are strictly prohibited on the rental property. Any violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees and may lead to eviction from the property and the forfeiture of rent, with no exceptions.

    No Smoking
    Smoking is not permitted. If there is any tobacco smell in the property after your departure, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $500.

This is one of the loveliest homes we have ever stayed at! A wonderful location, and perfect for our group of 6. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed for the meals we ate in, and plenty of room. The dining room was not only great for meals - it doubled as a workspace when anyone had to check in at work. The master bedroom was huge, as was the bathroom and closet. So nice to be able to spread out our stuff. And it was located in the rear of the house, providing wonderful quiet and privacy. The pool and hot tub were big hits and were used several times a day, and the huge beach towels made our water fun easy to enjoy. The kids loved the pool basketball and volleyball nets, and it kept them very busy. Having bikes was great because it gave us a chance to explore the community, which is also lovely. Communication with our host was excellent, before and during our visit. And we even had a wonderful in-person "check-in" when we arrived to be sure we didn't have any questions, and to give recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit! The golf cart gave us easy access to beaches, restaurants and shopping. It was a fantastic week. Many thanks to our hosts for making this a trip to remember!

Wonderful home with well thought out layout! Had all the necessities and even a few surprise bonuses! The hostess, Ruthie, was fabulous and really made us feel welcome! Would highly recommend this lovely house!

We absolutely loved our entire experience at this home. The hosts were amazing and thought of everything we would need. They even included a gift for us. The home was clean and beautiful and all the amenities we needed were thought of. The concierge was extremely helpful and made our check-in and check-out very easy. We loved the location, the pool and hot tub, the golf cart, and even a cooler for us to take to the beach. We will definitely be staying here again!

This house was even better than the pictures! The home is super nice, and the neighborhood has lots to offer too! I couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. Also, the concierge, Ruthie, was absolutely incredible! Having her as a contact for anything and everything really sets this property head and shoulders above anywhere else we've stayed previously in 30A.
