Perfect for Large Groups

This house is perfect if you have a large group. Lots of places will "sleep" a lot of people but this house has plenty of room for everyone without feeling crowded.

Fun! Fun! Fun!

Great house, great location! 16 of us ranging from 5 to 74 and there was plenty of room. It's also very convenient to the beach. Lucky for us the house across the way has not been rebuilt so the view was fabulous.

This house has everything!

We had a wonderful time at Mimosa Mornings March 2021. Group of 14 that included ages 10-80+. The house had everything we needed for the most comfortable and relaxing stay. We loved the beach, the views, the kitchen, comfy beds, lots of puzzles, sand toys, the pool, hot tub, ping pong & the elevator. We would definitely stay here again!

Mimosa Mornings

Great place for large family gathering. The elevator was a life-save, especially for some of us older folks. So many spots to enjoy; the main floor, the well-stocked kitchen, the screened porch, the multiple decks, the pool, the 2nd floor lounge area, the pool, and, of course the Beach. We could have stayed 2 weeks in order to enjoy all the areas. This home provided a true respite for our family.

Awesome family home!

Gulf trace is our favorite neighborhood to stay in along 30 a. We have been coming 26 years, and have stayed in numerous areas. This house is amazing, especially for a large family. The pool area is definitely the gathering place for everyone after the beachhouse was so clean, and any issues were handled immediately! AC works great in all of the rooms, love the layout of the house. Only concern for some people might be the amount of stairs to navigate the different levels. For us, not a problem at all!

Beautiful and Large Beach Home

This property was perfect for our large family. It is beautifully decorated and the open plan encourages family gatherings while bedrooms are tucked away for privacy and relaxation. The cable TV didn't work for most of the trip because the construction crew next door cut the cable. It couldn't be repaired before our stay ended, but that wasn't the fault of the owner or rental agency. It did cost us a good bit however, as we were forced to work with our personal hotspots while there. Be forewarned however, the construction crew next door starts working at 6:30 am and they are NOT quiet. The beach in this neighborhood is quiet and lovely. Sunsets cannot be beat. Highly recommend this neighborhood and this house if cable TV and Internet would work and construction nearby was over.

Wonderful home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mimosa Mornings! We vacationed with our three adult children and their spouses along with seven grandchildren! The bunk room, pool and proximity to the beach made it an ideal vacation home!

Morning Mimosas

What a wonderful trip we had. Four king comfy beds and baths! Every family had their own space. Bunk room was perfect for the kids. The pool and hot tub and ping pong play area were dreamy!!
