Great Place to Stay!

Great place to stay. Has everything you need for daily living as well as for the beach and pool. Very clean and luxurious. Golf Cart was perfect for getting around. If you are traveling to Santa Rosa Beach area with a large family this place checks all of the boxes.

Great House but would not recommend the property management company

The house itself is incredible -- beautifully decorated, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we needed and more during our stay in WaterColor.Unfortunately, our experience with Dune Vacation Rentals was extremely disappointing and is the reason for the low rating. We would not recommend this property management company.During the booking process, we were told certain things by a representative that the company later completely disregarded and failed to honor. Once we arrived, we encountered a few issues with the house and were unable to get a timely response from Dune. Repeated calls went unanswered, voicemails were not returned, and no one followed up with us. We eventually had to contact maintenance directly to get things resolved -- and even then, the management company never checked back in to ensure the problems were taken care of.While the property itself is fantastic, the lack of customer service from Dune Vacation Rentals made the experience frustrating and stressful. If you value responsive and reliable support during your stay, we would strongly recommend booking through a different company.
