Beautiful property! Every room was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable! Kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean. Although I knew no beach chairs would be provided, it would have been a nice addition.

Fantastic

Home & location were as advertised and we really enjoyed our stay.We loved being so close to the beach & within a two minute walk of the Red Bar, other restaurants and stores in Grayton Beach. There was an issue with the hot water heater when we first arrived, but it was taken care of immediately with great communication. We had no other issues during our stay.Highly recommended!

We had a had a wonderful time and enjoyed this house and property very very much. There were a couple cleanliness details that were lacking (finger prints on windows; dishwasher not amazing; fridge smudged on outside; a bicycle tire was flat; and the shower liner needed to be changed out cause of mold) but overall, was clean. The living room couch was excellent for hanging out on and felt clean. Floors were clean too and the bathrooms clean. The Red Bar is a 30 sec walk. And our beach access and view incredible for not being right on the water (one house in front of us). We will for sure stay again.

Rental was very clean and the perfect location just steps from the beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants. The elevator was a nice surprise! Beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend if staying in Grayton Beach!

The house is great and located just steps from the boardwalk to the beach.We had two small issues arise during our stay that were handled immediately. The host and management are very responsive.I will definitely rent this house again.
