Great place to stay

This house was the perfect beach get away! The house was close to the beach and had the best patio and private pool. Being close to Stinkys and the beach was the best of both worlds allowing us a perfect breakfast and dinner spot and a place to spend the whole day.

The perfect family beach vacation spot!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Mojito House! The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to the public beach entrance (with convenient parking and bathrooms), and nestled right near Stinky’s Fish Camp, one of our favorite spots. Also close to Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, restaurants and shops. The house itself was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The private pool and outdoor shower were total highlights and really elevated the whole experience. One of the best features was being able to walk straight out the backyard gate, down a charming cobblestone path, and be at the beach entrance in minutes — no need to load up the car. This home gave our family a space to relax, connect, and make some truly special memories. My nephew even took pictures of each room as we left (stripped beds and all!) to remember how great it was — a true sign that The Mojito House made a lasting impression. We would absolutely return and recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located family vacation on 30A.

Needed vacation and beautiful home

Easy drive from South Atlanta to Santa Rosa. Loved that the beautifully spacious home was walking distance from the beach and great price on our stay before the summer break. We enjoyed the pool and the board games! Thank you for opening your home.

Perfect 30A beach rental

This house is absolutely charming! The private pool is the perfect place to have coffee in the morning and the kids' suite is fabulous. The beach is an easy walk and is absolutely gorgeous. Linens and amenities are lovely as well. Highly recommended!

Happiest Thanksgiving!

Happiest place on earth! Close to the most beautiful beach and sunset you'll ever see. Bike paths and paddle boarding, heated pool and backyard grill this house has it all and feels like home. Thank you for making Thanksgiving so special.

Dirty and still has a bug problem

This house could be amazing. It's a management problem. There are still bugs, we found several every day. Even after calling to report it not one person returned my call or came to spray for bugs. The outside trash can was full when we arrived (and still is with trash stacked around it since no one has picked it up) the dishwasher was full of dishes, a pile of clean towels was left in a bedroom and the upstairs bunk bed pillows were left lying in the floor. There are no instructions about the pool, fire pit or how to unlock the bicycles. This has been a disappointment. I would only rent this house again if it were under new management. Since we found a gal of bug spray I doubt they are having it professionally treated by a pest control company...or there wouldn't still be bugs. We fought the bug problem and enjoyed our trip but I wouldn't recommend this house.

Loved the Mojito House

The house felt really clean as soon as we walked in. My fiancé and I are both immune compromised- so it was essential for our health. It’s a great house and the pool made it so easy for our family since we couldn’t get to the beach a couple of days. The walk to the ocean was not so bad, but the walk back, up Hilltop seem, seemed twice as long. A great family home!

Practically Perfect Beach House

Better than the pictures, because they have updated the bathrooms with beautiful tile and new fixtures, refinished wood floors, some furniture, and the decor. Like stepping into a model house. It was spotless when we arrived and smelled like a new home. The pool and back yard were amazing with some privacy and plenty of space to hang out. Loved having access to the bikes to get to the beach and other places around town. Close enough to the beach for families that don't need a wagon load of toys like us. Everything worked well except the ice maker was super slow and the Wifi was awful. We would turn off all our devices except one so my son could do his online class and he would still get bumped off 3 times during his online class. We couldn't get more than 2 devices on at any given time. Not good for professionals that need to still check in with their office or students with online classes. Our boys couldn't use their XBox they brought from home because wifi couldn't handle it. (Not such a bad thing for family time) If wifi was upgraded it would have been the best vacation house we have ever rented.

Family Vacation

We had a great time staying at the Mojito House. The location was awesome! It was only a short walk to the beach and close to grocery stores and many restaurants. The kids loved having a pool to play around in after hitting the beach. Also, the house was very clean and provided all of the amenities we needed for a perfect week at the beach! I would highly recommend this house if your looking for a place in a more quiet, family friendly area.

Awesome Family Vacation

Everything was excellent, from booking, arriving, staying there and checking out. The house was very clean and very spacious. We were a group of 9 adults and 2 kids under 5 and we absolutely loved everything about the house. It has great beach access, the pool was great! It’s close to many restaurants although the drive to Destin was far but we knew that when we booked but over all this is an excellent vacation home!

Family Vacation

We were a group of 11; 9 adults and 2 kids and we absolutely loved our stay in the Mojito House. Vacasa made it so easy to book. The house was big enough to give us all our own space. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed it. The beach is just a block away and we could easily just walk there. The house was clean and just beautiful we would definitely stay there again.

Mojito house

The stay was perfect! We will be renting again next year at this place. The only thing was we never got the code to get the spare out of the lock box on the side of the house. So it was kind of a pain to constantly type in the long code on the key pad for everyone.

Loved the house!

Stayed over the weekend, the house is beautiful and there's plenty of space. I wish we could have stayed longer, not only is it close to the beach & local restaurants but also fairly close to the outlet center! The kids enjoyed the pool and the kids room.
