Such a great stay!

My husband and I stayed at the Nest for a few nights for a babymoon at the beach. We loved the location of this property- it was above a delicious coffee spot and across the street from Shunk Gulley( one of the highest rated restaurants on 30A). The room was clean and the bed was comfortable! We will definitely be back and will share with your friends :)

Great very nice. But the place above us had dogs. Very distracting all day and night. I am guessing they are not there all the time. Other than that very relaxing.

Perfect Little Place

My husband and I were in Santa Rosa Beach for a wedding. The Nest was a fabulous place to stay and I'm so glad we found it. Places to eat and shop right below you and an easy drive to the other beach towns. Seaside was about 10-15 minute drive, and Rosemary beach was about 30 minutes. Walking and biking trail was close by as was the beach...literally right across the street The Nest is perfect for 2 people and it's very much like a hotel room. It had everything you need plus a few kitchen items just in case you wanted to have cereal or microwave something. Nice sized fridge with ice maker and a Keurig coffee maker! There is a huge patio that was perfect for drinking morning coffee. The Smart TV had all the apps so you could sign in and watch your own stuff. We would definitely stay here again.

Exactly What We Needed

My wife and I were looking to get away for a long week to celebrate our anniversary and found the Nest online. It was exactly what we were looking for. A beautifully decorated, centrally located and clean room steps away from the beach. Great restaurants and coffee shop nearby. The beach was beautiful with white sugar sand and crystal clear water. I would not hesitate for one minute to rebook a stay in this wonderful get-a-way.

The Nest

We had a wonderful stay at the Nest at gulf place. This is such a convenient location. The studio is updated and clean. The king bed was comfortable and clean. The coffee shop was about 25 steps from the room. Shunk Gulley restaurant was less than 50 yards from the studio. The beach access was easy to use via the Gulf Place gates. You could sit out in the morning or evening and enjoy the sights of the water and beach and sound of 30A vacationers.. The towels and toiletries were fine. It has a tv but , you-are at the beach and we never turned the power on. This would be a wonderful place for a couple for three to four nights. I would not hesitate to book again.

Great Location!

We loved our stay at the Nest at Gulf Place! The accommodations were clean, neat, modern and fully equipped with everything we needed during our 5 day stay. A quick, easy walk to the beach with lots of nearby shops and restaurants, all in walking distance. The bike path along 30A was right outside our building with a bike shop to rent bikes. We will definitely visit again and will stay at the Nest!

The place was terrific. As advertised. The place was cute, exactly as pictured, and perfect for 2. Right on 30A, It’s a perfect combo of small town comfort. You could almost throw a football to the beach from your balcony. My suggestions: Enjoy the shower Snag a coffee at Sunrise right downstairs Open the French doors to the balcony and enjoy the morning view of the water and palm trees while listening to the birds Feel at home with the good vibes/food at Local Catch

Ideal time away in a lovely place

We thoroughly enjoyed our few days away at ‘the Nest’. Lovely clean room, very comfortable bed and beautifully decorated. Great location, literally a couple of minutes walk from the beach. Also above a cool coffee shop and little boutique shops and really good restaurants. We hope to visit again. Loved it. The room provided a modern bathroom, fridge, microwave and Kurrig coffee maker along with coffee pods. In the cupboard there were plates and cutlery, cups and glasses as well as a blender and a toaster. We loved the balcony that had loungers to lay and soak up the sun, the host also provided beach chairs and umbrellas very thoughtful. In the room there was a Roku tv so we could watch movies and shows and a little seating area by a round table to sit and play cards. It was an ideal getaway for us celebrating 25 years married.

Restful and Clean

We were very impressed with this GULF PLACE property. It had a lot of amenities in this small place and provided the perfect drop down for two nights while passing through. The beach access is terrific and allowed for frequent visits to enjoy the beautiful beach day and night. Easy access to a lot of restaurants and outdoor activities. The only notation that we had was that there was no baggage cart and we have to make lot of trips to/from the car on a cold night. A minor inconvenience in an otherwise terrific place.
